Thank you to the Deep River and District Community Foundation (DRDCF).

The Seniors Friendship Club would like to acknowledge the wonderful and generous grants which the Deep River and District Community Foundation (DRDCF) provide to our area. Without this grant funding many events and projects would not be possible.
For example, because of a recent DRDCF grant, the Deep River Community Church collaborated with the Seniors Friendship Club to make it possible for Elaine Bisson to instruct a 3-session Introduction to Watercolour course in January. The course filled up immediately to a 16 person capacity, and was a real hit! But, again, it would not have been possible for this to happen without the generosity of the DRDCF. This is only one grant award; if you want to see more, simply go to the DRDCF website at https://www.drdcf.ca/ to see the complete list of all of the 2022 Fall Grants which were awarded!

Thank you again, to the DRDCF, for making it possible for 16 people to try their hand at watercolour painting.
